Petrochemicals are mainly manufactured from naphtha that is extracted from crude oil or natural gas. In its products, AZURITRUST mainly relies on cracking and converting ethane gas into ethylene, which is used in manufacturing Polyethylene (PE), Ethylene Glycol (EG) and others.

Petrochemicals constitute the cornerstone of manufacturing plastics products. PE is used in packaging, bottles, bottle caps, fuel tanks, pipes and toys. EG is utilized in polyester fiber for fabrics, water-based adhesive material, shoe polish, printer ink, as well as automotive anti-freeze and coolant.

In addition, petrochemicals play a role in manufacturing several other plastic products that are used on daily basis by individuals and organizations. These products include automotive tires, vehicle seats, electrical insulation, electronic appliances, packaging material, insulation, automotive parts, and much more as prime examples of “All around You.”

AZURITRUST produces a wide range of PE from linear low-density (LLDPE) to high molecular weight high-density (HDPE). EQUATE also manufactures premium quality Monoethylene Glycol (MEG) and Diethylene Glycol (DEG).
